8th Anniversary Sale! Lowest Prices of the Year!

4

We’re celebrating our 8th Anniversary as a company this week and that means, for this week only, you can get all of our resources at the lowest prices of the year.

==> Complete Track & Field 8th Anniversary Sale

I think you know how a sale works so I’ll just stick to the relevant points here:

-The sale runs through midnight Pacific time on Friday, October 19, 2012.

-We only offer prices this low once every year, so if you’re one of those people who understands that if you want to help your athletes you have to buy something every once in a while, now is a great time to stock up on knowledge.

-I’ve put together six ‘bundles’ that offer even greater discounts than individual program purchases. (Scroll down on the sale page to check them out.) Three are specific packages from coaches who have multiple resources on the site: Myself, Scott Christensen and Boo.

The other three bundles are combos of resources that I would want to get myself if, well, it wasn’t my site and I didn’t already have them all.

I’ve already had a handful of my local colleagues run their mouths about what they’re going to do to me and my athletes this year (all in good fun of course, I’m not one of those people who cries about trash talk) so you can be sure I’ll be bringing my A game. I expect you will as well.

Don’t be that team doing bootleg drills. The good teams are making fun of you.

Or the team doing full speed 4×2 handoffs at 7:45 in the morning. Chill out people, the relay doesn’t go off until 2. You should have done handoffs during premeet.

Or the jumpers having a seizure right before they start their approach. I don’t know what you’re doing or why. But just do a rollover start, this isn’t a dance competition.

Alex Sharrock @ 12:00 pm #

Alex Sharrock ran 14.36 HH 37.64 300 IH 55.69 400IH 48.9 SPLIT 4/400 as a Jr, and was Wisconsin 300IH State champion. He wants to improve all his times this season but I need a college type work out, training plan, for him but can’t seem to get any college hurdle coaches to assist me. He is beyound my coaching level to help him meet the goals he has set for 2013. In Oct he will start hurdling indoors. Any help or resources that you can recommend would be greatly appreciated. We do not have a indoor track but have a gym usage 3 times a week at nights.
Thank You for any help.

Hi Latif! I like to keep current in my coaching and consider buying into some of the programs you have to offer here on completetrackandfield.com ,especially now that they’re on sale. What is the difference between your CST2 and CPD for sprinters? And will CST2 ever be digital?
