Coaches Clinic
For Coaches who want to help their athletes set new PRs in the Sprints, Hurdles, Jumps and/or Throws…
If you want to sign up for the 2012 Complete Track and Field Clinic, you’re in the right place.
This year we are running two sessions.
Session I takes place Thursday, July 19 and Friday, July 20 from 9am – 4pm and will cover only the Sprints and the Hurdles.
Session II takes place Saturday, July 21 and Sunday, July 22 from 9am – 4pm and will cover all the events – Sprints, Hurdles, Jumps and Throws.
Both Sessions will follow the same format and schedule. However, as a coach, you are not restricted in where you can go, what you can watch or which days you can attend. Your registration gives you a pass to attend both Session I and Session II. You can spend an entire Session following one event group or you can jump from event group to event group, during either session, as you choose.
But we’re also upping the ante this year for the coaches. Like last year, you’ll be able to watch the Coaching Staff work with the athletes up close, take notes and get answers to all of your questions between sessions and at the end of each day’s activities.
But we’re also adding 3 hours of seminar style classroom lectures on Friday night. Now you’ll be able to get insider access to the science and planning methods the Coaching Staff uses to prepare for each season and practice. With those ideas and answers in place, you’ll then be able to go out to the track/field and see how we implement these concepts with our athletes.
You will not want to miss it. This is a unique approach to running a clinic that you’ve likely never seen before!

Because the clinic is, after all, about the athletes ,we have a limited number of spots available for coaches, so register now to avoid being put on the waiting list. Any coaches put on the waiting list will be invited to attend only if a registered coach cancels. Last year, no one on the waiting list got into the clinic. You’ve been warned!
