What Athletes Are Saying:

Blake, Illinois
Kelsey, Connecticut

"I enjoyed this clinic so much from the people I met to the things I learned that I would sign up tomorrow for next year’s clinic without hesitation."

Nicole Moore, CT

"The New England Track & Field clinic was extremely helpful in correcting my mistakes. The coaches showed me proper warm up exercises and hurdle drills that I had never seen before. I will be coming to next year’s clinic and will be recommending this clinic to other hurdlers and sprinters."

Ricky White – Moscow, PA

"I spent the following week practicing the techniques taught at the clinic, then set PRs in the 100 and 200 in the very next time trial I ran."

Kent Grisamer – Mansfield Center, CT

Peter Tao – Lexington HS, Massachusetts

Alex Lewis – The Taft School, Connecticut
Danielle Ringler – Norwood HS, Massachusetts

"At the New England Track & Field Clinic I was able to learn tons about proper warm up and preventing shin splints, which is really helpful since half my team had them this year. I also learned a lot about starting your race off to the right start. I feel way more confident about going out of blocks and would recommend it to anyone who is enthusiastic about hurdling and sprinting."

Vanessa Lusa – Willington, CT

"The New England Track and Field clinic was great! All of the coaches were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any question. I learned so much about proper warm-ups, organizing workouts, and sprinting and hurdling form. There is so much more to successful training than I had imagined. I have already recommended this clinic to several teammates and all of my coaches."

Alex Stanton – Medfield, MA

Wes "Most Swag" Nicholls – North Attleboro HS, Massachusetts

Sam Kroll – North Attleboro HS, Massachusetts

Dan Duquette – North Attleboro HS, Massachusetts

"The New England Track & Field clinic was very helpful. I am more confident with my running and feel like I could get a new P.R. It wasn’t a boring clinic, they always had a fun activity, great stretching, and good advice. I would definitely go to more of the N.E clinics to become a better sprinter."

Amanda McGee – Raymond, NH

"I loved my experience at the New England Track & Field clinic because I realized how much technique really plays a role in racing. I learned so much about improving form and strategy that I can’t believe I’ve spent the last three years of my high school running career without this knowledge."

Tarai Zemba – Providence, RI

"The New England track and field was great. The coaches gave great individual attention and helped me work on my weak skills like pushing and leg extension so I can run my personal bests. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to improve their running."

Aaron Libman, RI

Steve Talbot – Ludlow HS, Massachusetts

Connor Wardrop – Franklin HS, Massachusetts

Jordan Sweitzer – Santa Fe, New Mexico

"I learned a lot of new things at the NE Track & Field Clinic. All the coaches were great, and were identify flaws in my form. I was pretty much clueless as to what to do coming out of the blocks prior to coming to the clinic, but now I can not only apply what I learned to my races, but also carry it over to my teammates with the packet they handed out."

Matt Powers – Natick, MA

"The New England Track & Field clinic was a great experience. Along with learning better technique I made friends with my fellow high jumpers. Now that I have attended the clinic and learned better technique I feel like after I keep practicing I can set new personal records."

Elesha Schulze – Wyalusing, PA

Gabrielle – Notre Dame Academy

What Coaches Are Saying:

Dave – York, Pennsylvania

"The clinic instilled the idea of positive feedback, and seeing every athlete as an individual. I had my son within the jumps and he improved his high jumping almost overnight. The best part of it all, was once again all of the positive vibes that I felt. Worth the trip from Sweden. Are planning on attending next summer, and hopefully bringing a few more athletes with me."

Ron Chlebek, Vasby Track – Sweden

"Best clinic I have attended. Your coaches actually taking the time to break down the biomechanics with every athlete in the sprints group was extremely impressive to me as a coach. I learned a lot of new drills and stretches and honestly feel like I expanded myself as a coach (I’m old but never too old to learn). Already looking forward to attending next year. (Please try to turn the heat down a little bit–Thanks)

Ed – Raymond, NH

"Driving 1850 miles to the East Coast was worth every mile. Attending the New England Sprint Clinic to have the lessons learned in the Master Class and CST: Vol 2 video series taught live was awesome. The interaction between Coach Thomas and 2 of his assistants in the sprint group was priceless. Thanks to all."

Todd, TX

Greg Allan – New Brunswick, Canada

"Just wanted to follow up and tell you that this year’s New England Sprints and Jumps Clinic  was simply "outstanding."  It was a very well run event and I was equally impressed with all the coaches knowledge and enthusiasm.

I think the highlight of the clinic had to be when the coaches critiqued each runners biomechanics and gave individual instructions to the athletes after they came out of the blocks and sprinted for 25-30 meters.  I know for my daughter, it made a lasting impression on her and hopefully with a little training she will be able to transform theory into reality.

We appreciate all the coaches sharing their expertise with these young athletes. Looking forward to future clinics."

Dr. Michael Kominsky – Beckley, WV

"As a coach I found this clinic to be the best clinic I’ve attended over the past 9 years of coaching. I was impressed at how Latif Thomas would not take a break for lunch until all of the athletes who stayed behind for some personal coaching were satisfied. It seemed every athlete was being watched and corrected when they need to be. No one was overlooked. I like the fact that you limited the numbers. I think any more than what was allowed would have been too many. It was great that questions were encouraged throughout the clinic. I heard nothing but positive feedback from the athletes. I was really impressed when 4pm came on Sunday that none of the athletes were leaving and the coaches kept coaching. And it was hot. I can’t wait till Next Year."

Sandy, RI

"I wasn’t sure what to expect from the NE T&F Clinic, especially because it was targeted towards high school athletes and I coach at the collegiate level, but I was thoroughly impressed. It was amazing to watch such high caliber coaches interact with the athletes and break down the drills into easier movements so that the athletes learn to do it properly. If all high school athletes were coached with the quality that was demonstrated at the clinic, college sprinters would be unstoppable. The clinic reconfirmed a lot of my philosophies on coaching, but also helped me to realize where my athlete’s efforts should be focused. We learn in physics "force = mass * acceleration" – your body is the mass, if you want to accelerate faster, you need to put more force into the ground. Just being coordinated and going through the motion won’t make you faster if you aren’t applying proper force with every stride."

Peter, CT

Julie O. – Wallingford, Connecticut

"I learned a lot of new warm-up exercises and drills that I will bring back to our track team here in Tolland, CT. The New England Track & Field coaches were amazing and answered all of my questions. Attending the clinic this year was an invaluable learning experience for me and I would recommend this clinic to any coach who wants to help his or her athletes perform at a higher level."

Kerri Gedansky – Tolland, CT

"The New England Track and Field clinic was excellent. The focus on technique and proper form was extremely beneficial to helping me improve my athletes’ performances. I highly recommend this clinic to all coaches and athletes that want to be successful and achieve personal bests they never thought would be attainable."

Sandra Hoopes – Ardmore, Pa.

"The New England Track and Field clinic was valuable as a coach. We currently do many of the drills presented, but hearing the feedback the coaches were giving to the athletes was very helpful. Now I can help my athletes do these drills more productively."

Kiki Churchill – Tolland, CT

Derek Arledge – Cambridge, Massachusetts

"I learned different methods of warming up, cooling down, and starting technique and drills to apply it so the kids can understand..I noticed the kids getting better later in the afternoon compared to the morning when they first started..and by making these changes I should/will notice a difference in the kids and their times..I can’t wait to apply it to my kids and see what happens.. I enjoyed the coaches and their willingness to answer any and all questions."

John, Ohio

"As an owner of Complete Speed Training it was great to see the program in action. Actually seeing you work with High School athletes of all abilities helped me understand not only what you were doing but also why. Thanks."

Bob McIntee – Goshen, NY

"As a coach the clinic helped me see how things are implemented and taught to athletes. The biggest gain that I took from the clinic was coaching cues. To see an athlete with a problem and see how the coaches correct and teach the athlete was great. It will be a great help for upcoming seasons."

Josiah, IN

Lisa Bradley – Santa Fe, New Mexico

Because classroom space is limited and we need to maintain as much space as possible for the athletes, we must place a cap on the number of coaches who can attend. Those seats will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Don’t take a chance with getting put on the Waiting List. Last year we had so few cancellations that no one on the waiting list got into the clinic.

Coaches, register here.
