"Finally! Here Are Real World Solutions To Common Frustrations You Face In Your High School Sprints, Hurdles, And/Or Jumps Program"
If you're overflowing with great ideas to use in your (post-pandemic) high school program ... but don't know how to implement them due to your facility and staffing limitations, then keep reading...
With 20 years of experience coaching at 4 different small suburban high schools…in the northeast…with no indoor track…and few (if any) assistant coaches…while dealing with hyper privileged bulldozer parents…
I know how to convert ‘college level concepts’ into results when you don’t have the resources you (think you) need in order to get results.
I Want You To Know This Is Not Like Other Programs
For starters, nobody else has directly addressed this topic.
But, I've made a career out of knowing the problems high school coaches face and providing solutions.
One you see how I take the concepts and progressions the smart coaches use in their pristine environments and with their hand picked roster...
...smack it, flip it, and turn it around...
...you'll quickly understand how to modify your training, filling in the gaps in your current program and start generating, at worst, the type of consistent improvements that build powerhouse programs...
...regardless of your genetic, facility, staffing, and weather limitations...
...regardless of whether you employ a "short to long", "long to short", or "ends to middle" training philosophy.
(Quite frankly, you'll probably get better results. Countless HS coaches have emailed me their success stories and I'm proud to say many of them make my results seem pedestrian in comparison.)
Why Should You Listen To Me?
While I can't give you an accurate number of school, league, division, and state titles and records I've coached (because I stopped counting) I can lay claim to a coaching streak that speaks for itself:
Ten consecutive years of MIAA (Massachusetts) Divisional State Titles in the 4×200 and/or 4×400 as well as the MA All-Time State Record in the girls 4×100 (47.92).
That squad is the only team in MA State History to run under 48 seconds in the 4×100. If you’re not an overly sensitive type, that achievement might hold a bit more water knowing that all four of those girls were, shall we say, entirely of …European descent.
The streak stopped when I moved out of state. But in my first indoor season in Rhode Island (2017), and despite only having nine girls in my group, they still broke the school record and won the RI All State Championship in the 4x200 (1:47.10).
We also qualified three girls for the New England Championship in the 55 (out of six available spots) and two in the 300.
No indoor track.
Here's a numbers nightmare you may be familiar with:
On my first day of my first spring season at a different school, *108* kids showed up to be in the sprints/hurdles/jumps group.
I had one 22 year old "assistant" with exactly zero days of coaching experience.
Suffice to say I had to get really organized...really fast.
That *first* year we set school records in:
B-HJ (6'8"), G-LJ (17' 5"), G-TJ (37' 7 1/2"), B-TJ (44' 4"), G-400 (57.62), G-400H (66.40), B-400H (2 different people @ 56.61)
Maybe that's not great where you live, but at this school of just over 1000 kids, those were All-Time Performances.
Success starts with understanding the "why" behind the concepts and progressions you want to adopt and apply...
...then plugging in compatible and complimentary activities designed to achieve the same training and technical effects.

Coach, I've been with you in the trenches dealing with these issues for the past 20 years.
But, I've also taught these topics at Track & Field Coaching Conferences all over the United States.
I have real life experience and I know which topics to focus on and which questions are the most popular.
When you ask high school specific questions to college coaches, they can tell you what they'd do...in theory.
I'll break down what I've actually done over the course of two decades, at four different schools, and in two different states.
Most importantly, I won't wash my hands with you as soon as you pay for the program.
To make sure you get the most out of this information, I'm offering you a benefit you won't find anywhere else...
...Unlimited Q&A access with me.
That's right. Unlimited.
When you have a questions about the content in the program or about planning training for your own athletes, post your question and I will answer it within a day or two...but often sooner than that.
(I have staff who monitor the member portal for questions and message me as soon as you post.)
If you're uncomfortable posting questions, I still have you covered. All questions and answered are listed below the video so you can see what other coaches are asking and also read my responses.
You'd be surprised how many people have the same questions you do. And this has proven to be a treasure trove of helpful hints, tips, and ideas.
Whether you're a young coach just getting your feet wet...
...or you've been coaching so long you don't remember what it's like to sleep in on a Saturday...
...my practical, Real World take on training HS sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers... combined with unparalleled access... all but guarantees significant growth when the world goes back to being normal.
With so many layers involved in coaching this age and event group, I wouldn't dive into another season using last year's approach.
I mean it.

What's the 'Real World Solutions to HS Problems' Webinar?
It’s not quite a course and it’s definitely not some cookie cutter sample plan or generic report…
…my Real World Solutions to HS Problems webinar is like a Live deep dive into the high school specific questions you can’t find answers to.
Here’s how it works:
–I’ll answer the most popular questions I’ve received over the last few years from high school sprints, hurdles, and jumps coaches like you who train in less than ideal settings…through the lens of my most current and effective training strategies.
-I take you step by step, start to finish, from managing large groups with minimal staff, multi-event training strategies & techniques, training in hallways and limited spaces, and how to grow your program while dealing with pain in the ass team sport coaches, parents and administrators to help you engineer a giant leap forward with your team and event groups.
-Recorded Live on Zoom and uploaded to our private membership site, stream the program in real time or download the videos for offline viewing… and follow along with the PowerPoint presentation slides…including the videos.
At any point when your season starts up again, or before it does… post your questions and I guarantee in depth answers that will help you get the most out of the materials.
This program is all red meat and no fluff. If you want a random list of workouts or want to watch people fight over who’s smarter, I can point you to some blog posts and forums. Real World Solutions to HS Problems is about telling you exactly how to reverse engineer information from coaches working with all the bells and whistles, show you how to modify what works and how to quickly and easily implement it into your program.

Why Only $37?
If you’re thinking “$37 is cheap…what’s the catch?” then here are three reasons that should put your mind at ease:
1. $37 puts this information within the reach of everyone… from youth and high school coaches, parents coaching their kids, and athletes training themselves. (I’ve coached HS for 20 years and I’m living through the pandemic while trying to make good spending decisions…so I fully understand your budget limitations and need to get maximum bang for your buck!)
2. It weeds out the freebie-seekers. We only want serious coaches who want to take action and improve themselves, their kids, and our sport. In my experience, charging anything… even if it’s just a buck… gets rid of 99% of the information vampires.
3. I tested it and $37 motivated the largest number of people to invest in the program without feeling financial strain. (What can I say, I’m a coach and a business man. In both arenas, I test and measure my efforts in order to get the best results. #truth)
I also believe once you experience my ‘Real World Solutions to HS Problems’ Webinar, you’ll want more and… maybe just maybe… you’ll come back, buy more programs like this one and possibly even upgrade to one of our Complete Programs which we have for all events and event groups.
But, that’s it.
No fine print. No “hidden trials”… no hoodwinking or bamboozling. Just the content you need and the results you and your athletes want.

Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes…all our programs come with a 90-day, no-questions-asked guarantee.
I want to be clear – if you aren’t happy for any reason, just let me know and I’ll give you your money back. Of course I don’t think it’ll come to that, but if you’re even slightly worried if this program applies to you or your situation, then please rest easy. This program meets your needs and expectations or you get your money back. No questions asked.
